Policies
Safeguarding
Children have the right to be protected from abuse and harm at all times and in all situations. This policy will help Clued Up protect these rights. Child Protection is the responsibility of every adult who has involvement with children.
Clued Up is fully committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people. It recognises the responsibility to take all reasonable steps to promote safe practice and to protect children from harm, abuse and exploitation.
Complaints
This policy sets out the procedure Clued Up Project will follow on receipt of a complaint and will provide a means to resolve any disputes between the Project and the complainant.
Confidentiality
The Clued Up Project recognises that young people have a right to confidentiality when seeking advice or support from our service.
