Employability
Working with young people 16 – 26 years who are affected by substance use to find their own path into employment, education or training through a combinations of group activities, drop in, one to one support and community outreach work. Clued Up is part of The Third Sector Employability Consortium Fife ETC and NOLB.
No-one Left Behind is the Scottish Government’s approach to tackling employment issues across the nation. It aims to ensure those who experience complex and multiple barriers to moving into work are not “left behind”.
Fife ETC
Fife ETC (Education and Training Consortium) is a consortium of Third Sector providers including Clued Up; Brag; Kingdom Works; CARF; Frontline Fife and Fife Voluntary Action who aim to improve the quality of life for people in Fife through improving their ability to gain and sustain well-paid employment. We empower people to make positive changes towards their employment goals that lead them to a positive future. Fife-ETC’s purpose is to effect change and enhance results through a coherent collaborative approach to achieving better outcomes for people accessing employability services - achieving greater impacts in areas of greatest need.
Fife-ETC will work collaboratively with its partners and may work with others to enhance provision, address gaps, build capacity and harness expertise to ensure it meets its aims and service user outcomes.
