Clued Up has entered into a new partnership with the Making it Work for Families project, this project will be targeted at Stages 1 & 2 of the Employability Pathway, and will focus on the Cowdenbeath/Lochgelly, and Kirkcaldy areas. It will embody a collaborative approach focused on supporting vulnerable families in workless households to ensure each family member is able to progress to later pathway stages and essentially employment.
This change will come through the joint expertise of the partnership. Fife Gingerbread (FG) will act as the Lead Accountable Body, and manage the performance and activity of Clued Up (CU), Fife Council Supported Employment Service (SES) and Citizens Advice & Rights Fife (CARF). It is essential to success that we work as a collective to provide a holistic approach focused upon the needs of the family and the individuals within this family unit through person centred action plans. This broad partnership will provide a unique blended service which can address needs and barriers quickly and effectively. Clued Up within this partnership will support young people 14 to 19 years old who are affected by substance use to achieve their employment potential, through the provision of individual tailored programmes of support.
